Director of student welfare (DSW) is an important position for the student chapter in the campus. DSW is appointed by the Vice-Chancellor of the university. DSW is responsible to take care the student activities and interest for convenience the campus life and environment. He/she will concern for student motivation, control, establish a sound environment, solving problem for individual or group, arrangement of academic and cultural program conducted by student, outreach communication and program for the student and also other responsibilities assigned by the Vice-Chancellor to enhance the administrative and academic environment.
